IMF welcomes the financial assistance from Pakistan friendly countries – SUCH TV

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has welcomed the recent announcement of financial assistance by Pakistan’s close friends.

IMF Mission Chief Pakistan Nathan Porter said that the Pakistani delegation and IMF staff have agreed to maintain strong policies in recent meetings.

He said that the IMF is supporting the efforts of the Pakistani authorities and the institution is looking forward to obtaining the necessary financial assurances at the earliest to pave the way for the successful completion of the Ninth Economic Review.
